OPEN POSITION(S)

GOLDSMITH AND CLIENT RELATIONS - ZÜRICH

(20-60%)

To support our new second store and atelier in Zürich, we're looking for someone to join our team in a unique hybrid role, combining goldsmithing and client experience. Working closely to support our Creative Lead, Lea, you'll have a hands-on role in bringing our jewelry to life, while also being an active presence in the space and guiding our clients through their BAIUSHKI journey. You'll be someone who can move seamlessly between the workbench and the sales floor - with the same warmth, care, and attention to detail in everything you do.

YOUR ROLE  

• Support our Creative Lead, Lea, in the production, finishing and repair of our jewelry  

• Work with precision and care to ensure every piece meets BAIUSHKI’s quality and aesthetic standards 

• Communicate and coordinate orders with our partner ateliers and suppliers 

• ⁠Guide clients through our collections and build lasting relationships with them  

• ⁠⁠Represent BAIUSHKI's values and aesthetic in every interaction  

YOUR PROFILE 

• You have professional experience working as a Goldsmith or in jewelry production and repair 

• You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in working with precision 

• You have in-depth knowledge of precious metals and precious stones 

• You have a warm, engaging personality and genuinely enjoy interacting with clients 

• You are greatly motivated about representing a brand you believe in  

• You genuinely love jewelry (especially ours) 

• You are fluent in English and German 

• You authentically identify with our values

CLIENT RELATIONS AND OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - ZÜRICH

(20-60%)

We're opening our second store this autumn at the Viadukt in Zürich and we're looking for someone to join our team in client experience. With a warm and passionate approach, you'll have an active presence in the space as being the person to meet and advise our clients through their purchasing journey. You'll be the first impression of BAIUSHKI for many of our new clients and someone who leaves a lasting impression, for all.

YOUR ROLE  

• Opening and closing of the store, and taking care of it as it deserves 

• ⁠Guide clients through our collections and build lasting relationships with them  

• Manage the full client journey from sales to aftersales, including email correspondence  

• ⁠Inventory management and coordination with our Basel team  

• ⁠Pack and prepare online and B2B orders   

• ⁠⁠Represent BAIUSHKI's values and aesthetic in every interaction  

YOUR PROFILE 

• ⁠⁠You have a warm and engaging approach and love interacting with clients  

• You are greatly motivated about representing a brand you believe in ⁠ 

• You have experience working in retail sales preferably in the jewelry and/ or accessories category  

• ⁠You genuinely love jewelry (especially ours)  

• ⁠You're fluent in English and German 

• You have the possibility to work on Saturdays 

• You authentically identify with our values
