WARRANTY
What is the guarantee that you offer for BAIUSHKI jewelry?
We offer a 2 year warranty against any production or quality concerns for our BAIUSHKI jewelry. Our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches or general wear and tear, improper use or storage of your jewelry including any modifications to your jewelry done by a third party outside of BAIUSHKI.
Do you offer re-plating services?
Yes, we offer re-plating services for our BAIUSHKI gold plated silver jewelry. For general wear and tear of gold plated silver jewelry, we offer a re-plating service at a fair price, please contact us for a quote. This process can take up to 8 weeks time.
We can only honor our warranty terms of complimentary re-plating if the plating is defected by the production.
What about polishing services?
For BAIUSHKI 750 (18k) fine gold pieces, we offer a complimentary re-polishing service which can take up to 2 weeks time.
For BAIUSHKI 925 silver jewerly, we also offer a polishing service for a fair price. Because this process is achieved with re-plating as well, it can take up to 8 weeks time.

I need to have my jewelry repaired. What are the next steps?
We’re sorry to hear that but we are happy to help you with getting your jewerly fixed.
First, send us an email with your information so that we can review your request. We will ask that you then please bring your jewerly to our studio or send it to us by mail as we will need to review your jewerly in person to be able to determine if your repair is covered by the warranty.
If your repair is outside of the warranty / warranty conditions, we can still repair it for a fair price and will contact you about the offer.
MATERIALS
What materials does BAIUSHKI jewelry consist of?
For our BAIUSHKI jewelry we only use recycled and precious materials. Our assortment features two types of metals; 925 silver and 750 (18k) gold.
Our 925 silver jewelry is made of recycled silver which we also offer in gold plating. Our plating is a high quality 18k gold made in Germany using RJC (Responsible Jewelry Council) certified gold.
Our fine gold jewelry is made from recycled 750 (18k) gold, certified by the Swiss OEKOGOLD label.
Is your jewelry nickel free?
Yes, our BAIUSHKI jewerly is nickel free.
I’ve had gold plated silver jewelry before and it changed color/ lost it’s plating color. Does this happen with BAIUSHKI jewelry?
For our silver gold plated jewelry, we use a very high quality plating of 18k yellow gold. With proper care, your jewelry should remain beautiful for many years. If you wish at some point to re-plate your jewelry, we offer this for a fair price.
To keep our 925 silver jewelry in it’s best condition, we suggest limiting expose to water, avoiding contact with cosmetic products and avoid rubbing or hitting your jewelry against hard surfaces. To avoid oxidation, we also strongly suggest keeping your jewelry stored in a dry environment, for example not in the bathroom. If you’d like to use our packaging to store your jewerly, we recommend using the cotton travel pouch but not the box as it can create a humid environment for the jewerly.
What about fine gold jewelry? Do I have to worry about the color changing overtime?
Because our BAIUSHKI fine gold jewelry is made from 750 (18k) gold, the color will never fade or tarnish. With proper care, fine gold jewelry will last a lifetime. Generally speaking, you can keep our fine gold jewelry on during showering and bathing. Should your fine gold jewelry become dirty, simply polish it with the anti-tarnish polishing cloth included with our packaging.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our BAIUSHKI jewelry worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
Switzerland
Domestic shipping is always free.
International
International shipping is free for all orders over 300 EUR / 300 USD (the details are calculated at checkout based on your local currency), otherwise international shipping is 30 EUR / 30 USD.
We use a premium shipping service for international orders which covers the cost of any local taxes and duties. This ensures that your parcel will be processed quickly through customs and guarantees that you don’t have to pay any additional fees.
How long does shipping take?
We take around 1-3 days to get your jewelry ready to ship if it is in stock. Then, you can follow the below shipping times.
Switzerland
For domestic orders, we use Swiss Post.

International
For international orders, we use FedEx. Once your jewelry is shipped, the estimated delivery time depends on the country you live in:
- EU & UK: ~1-2 days
- US & CANADA: ~2-3 days
- Rest of the world: ~2-6 days
For international orders, should I expect to pay VAT, taxes or other fees when placing my order?
We provide Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) shipping for our international orders. This ensures that all applicable duties and taxes are already included in the total price at the time of your order, eliminating any additional costs upon delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your jewelry is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
My order hasn’t arrived yet - what can I do?
You can always contact us if your expected delivery hasn’t arrived within the general shipping timeframe and we will assist you. Please include your order number in your email.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I return my order?
If your BAIUSHKI jewelry is in new and unworn condition and with it’s original packaging, returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Switzerland
You can always return your BAIUSHKI jewelry to us here at our studio in Basel, or also by mail. If you decide to send us your return by mail, first send us an email and we will contact you with further instructions. Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping and that we only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective items, etc.).
International
Before sending us your return, send us an email and we will contact you with further instructions. When returning products you must add the commercial invoice that we will send you by email, attach it to your return parcel and add tracking (a tracking number is required for all international parcels). Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping and that we only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective items, etc.).
Once I’ve returned my order, when will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your items back, we will refund your order within 5 business days.
I received my order but would like something else. Is it possible to exchange it?
We are happy to help you find a piece of BAIUSHKI jewelry that you are pleased with. If your BAIUSHKI jewelry is in new and unworn condition and with it’s original packaging, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your order.

You can always exchange your BAIUSHKI jewelry to us here at our studio in Basel, or also by mail. If you decide to send us your exchange by mail, first send us an email and we will contact you with further instructions. Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping and that we only refund shipping costs if the exchange is the result of our error (incorrect or defective items, etc.).
International
Before sending us your exchange, send us an email and we will contact you with further instructions. When returning products you must add the commercial invoice that we will send you by email, attach it to your return parcel and add tracking (a tracking number is required for all international parcels). Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping and that we only refund shipping costs if the exchange is the result of our error (incorrect or defective items, etc.).
Once we have received your order back and you have selected a new item for exchange, we will ship your new selection to you. Please note that shipping for exchanges is not free for international orders and you will be invoiced additionally for the cost of the new parcel shipment, 30 EUR / 30 USD. Depending on the cost of the new jewelry item, we will either send you a payment link to collect the additional amount, or refund you the difference.
