How much does shipping cost?
Switzerland
Domestic shipping is always free.
International
International shipping is free for orders over 300 CHF / 300 EUR (calculated at checkout based on your local currency). Otherwise, shipping is 30 CHF / 30 EUR, or the equivalent amount in your local currency.
We use a premium shipping service for international orders which covers the cost of any local taxes and duties. This ensures that your parcel will be processed quickly through customs and guarantees that you don’t have to pay any additional fees.
How long does shipping take?
We take around 1-3 days to get your jewelry ready to ship if it is in stock. Then, you can follow the below shipping times.
Switzerland
For domestic orders, we use Swiss Post.
- Switzerland (Domestic): 1 day
International
For international orders, we use FedEx. Once your jewelry is shipped, the estimated delivery time depends on the country you live in:
- EU & UK: ~1-2 days
- US & CANADA: ~2-3 days
- Rest of the world: ~2-6 days
For international orders, should I expect to pay VAT, taxes or other fees when placing my order?
We provide Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) shipping for our international orders. This ensures that all applicable duties and taxes are already included in the total price at the time of your order, eliminating any additional costs upon delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your jewelry is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
My order hasn’t arrived yet - what can I do?
You can always contact us if your expected delivery hasn’t arrived within the general shipping timeframe and we will assist you. Please include your order number in your email.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I return my order?
If your BAIUSHKI jewelry is in new and unworn condition and with it’s original packaging, returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Switzerland
You can always return your BAIUSHKI jewelry to us here at our studio in Basel, or also by mail. If you decide to send us your return by mail, first send us an email and we will contact you with further instructions. Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping and that we only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective items, etc.).
International
Before sending us your return, send us an email and we will contact you with further instructions. When returning products you must add the commercial invoice that we will send you by email, attach it to your return parcel and add tracking (a tracking number is required for all international parcels). Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping and that we only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective items, etc.).
Once I’ve returned my order, when will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your items back, we will refund your order within 5 business days.
I received my order but would like something else. Is it possible to exchange it?
We are happy to help you find a piece of BAIUSHKI jewelry that you are pleased with. If your BAIUSHKI jewelry is in new and unworn condition and with it’s original packaging, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping and that we only refund shipping costs if the exchange is the result of our error (incorrect or defective items, etc.).
Once we have received your order back and you have selected a new item for exchange, we will ship your new selection to you at no additional shipping cost. Depending on the cost of the new jewelry item, we will either send you a payment link to collect the additional amount, or refund you the difference.
International
